Robin Kollar
Robin Kollar became a resident of Anna Maria Island in 1972. She received her B.A. from Syracuse University and the
New School for Social Research in 1968.
Robin became a Florida Real Estate Broker in 1979 and was a vice-president of Smith Real Estate until 1981. For 9
years she owned and operated a dive destination - Marina and Inn - in the British West Indies, with her husband and 3
children. In 1992 she returned to Anna Maria and opened Gulf Bay Realty with her father, Robert L. Proctor.
Robin has over 20 years of experience in real estate and is a dedicated, full-time professional who is one of the top 10 selling
agents on the Island.

Zita Kollar
 Zita was born and raised on Anna Maria Island. She spent 6 years in the Turks & Clicos Islands, living and working at The Admiral Inn. She
was also employed as a tourism specialist in Sag Harbor, NY and worked in management at the Abbey Hotel in South Beach, Miami, FL. She also
spent 3 years in San Diego as head of the the front office and reservations at the Grande Colonial of La Jolla.
Zita has been the Property Manager here at Gulf Bay Realty since 2001 and she specializes in rentals and the sales of income
properties.

Jesse Brisson
 Jesse was born and raised in Vermont. He received his BA in Mathematics from Colorado College in 2000.
Jesse went on to become the marketing manager for a specialty golf vacation company based in San Diego. There he gained experience and
knowledge of efficient marketing and business relations.
Recently Jesse partnered with Broker Robin Kollar who has 30 years of
experience in selling Real Estate on Anna Maria Island. We know that this
partnership will better serve our clients needs and offer the experience and
knowledge of two Real Estate Brokers.
Jesse also compiles property data on
all properties sold on Anna Maria Island for the Island Real Estate Sales
weekly column for the Islander Newspaper.

Shannon McConnel
Shannon grew up on a golf course in Orlando, Fl. She earned her BA from
Emory University in Atlanta, Ga. From there she moved to St. Augustine, Fl where she
developed her business savvy as a finance manager in her family's multiline franchise
business.
That experience turned into a career with a cutting edge software firm from California.
Shannon traveled coast to coast developing new markets, selling software, and designing
programs for national banks and dealers in over 20 states.
Shannon and her husband began buying real estate and rental property while in St.
Augustine. Which ultimately gave Shannon an opportunity to get out of an airplane and
stay in Florida.
A visit back to where they vacationed as kids made Shannon and her husband decide to move to Anna Maria in 2000. Shannon has been here working in real estate since their arrival.

Denise Fleese
Originally from the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Denise vacationed
in Bradenton in 1988 and went home to pack her bags. She started her career in Real Estate
in property management and became a specialist in 1994.
Denise has countywide experience from Ellenton
to the beaches and is also experienced in commercial sales. She is one of the top producers at
Gulf-Bay Realty.
Denise is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and makes the annual pilgrimage to
bike week in Daytona Beach.
